FAQs

How do I track my order?
 

We will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order. We will send confirmation emails to the email address you provided during checkout to inform you when your order has processed and shipped. We will also provide you with a shipment tracking number. Please note that some items can take up to 14 days to reach you.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

Do you make custom t-shirts?
 

No. At this time, we do not offer custom options, nor do we alter our designs.

What forms of payment do you accept? Is your system secure?
 

We accept all major debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our system is safe and secure. Customers can also opt to pay via Paypal, one of the most commonly used and trusted online payment options. Our company name will show up as I.L.L. Tees LLC on your receipts and bank statements.

Are your shirts true to size?
 

We use top quality t-shirts, and offer a variety of shirt brands. Sizing varies. Please review notes and sizing info included on each individual product.

 

 

 

What is your returns & refund policy?
 

We want our customers to be happy and are proud to offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our products. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to return your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item within 7 days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money (minus shipping costs) or exchange the item. If a return is requested after 7 days but within 14 days of purchase, a store credit will be provided in place of a return of funds.

 

I.L.L. Tees reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 20% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed. 

If a mistake was made on our part, we will gladly send you a return shipping label. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for shipping expenses.
